  • Delay in delivery

Damaged or Wrong Item Claims (Exception Case)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process requests made beyond that time frame.
  • Please provide us a clear, uninterrupted\ unedited unboxing video (starting before opening the package) is mandatory.
  • Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

➤ Record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video (starting before opening the package).

➤ Ensure the shipping label and product are clearly visible in the video.

➤ Attach the unboxing video and your order number
