At Happy At Art , Customers satisfaction is our Top Priority. While we do not accept returns/ refunds we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition .If you order arrived damage and defective , we will happy to assist you.

Damaged or Wrong Item Claims (Exception Case)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process requests made beyond that time frame.
- Please provide us a clear, uninterrupted\ unedited unboxing video (starting before opening the package) is mandatory.
- Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
Damage Claim Process
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
➤ Record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video (starting before opening the package).
➤ Ensure the shipping label and product are clearly visible in the video.

➤ Attach the unboxing video and your order number
