Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Exchange Policy
Exchange is only possible if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, customers must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video while opening the sealed package.
The video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
